Welcome everyone!
My name is Lauren Bellagamba and I'm a certified yoga instructor in Chicago. I'm grateful for the opportunity to bring movement to students all around the world. Here you will find a variety of virtual yoga classes for all levels to fit your movement needs. I also provide playlists for you to jam to during your practice and off the mat. You will have unlimited access to ad-free video content and playlists plus 1 livestream class a month with your Flow with Lauren + Specialized Playlists Membership. 1-2 videos are added weekly to the library. I look forward to providing you with creative vinyasa classes, movement, meditation and breathwork plus specialized tunes.
A Prenatal Yoga Membership is also available for my Patreon Members. These classes can also be taken during your postpartum journey. This membership will give you unlimited access to ad-free video content and playlists. There are 3-5 videos added monthly to the library. The focus of these sessions are on diaphragmatic breathing, movement, core work, meditations and postures to help create mobility and stability in your changing body. I hope to help provide your body and mind with nourishment during your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

On-Demand Community Class Formats
Power Flow
A challenging faster paced mindful flow accessible to all levels. Upbeat music is paired with this dynamic format to provide the student with the energetic vibes of an in person class.
Movement + Breathwork
Mindful flow plus guided breathing techniques.
Movement + Recover
Mindful flow plus myofascial massage using therapy balls/tennis balls on various parts of the body.
Movement + Meditation
Mindful flow plus a guided meditation.
Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Sessions
These classes focus on diaphragmatic breathing as well as movements and postures to help create mobility and stability in your changing body.
Deep Stretch
A slow paced practice aimed to create a calming effect on your nervous system and mind. There is a mindful flow as well as longer holds in poses.
Combo Flow
Combination of Slow Flow, Power Flow, CORE Please and Deep Stretch. Length of class varies.
Morning Movement Series
A series of poses aimed to help awaken your body and prepare you for the day ahead :). A great quick format if you are traveling or on the go and don't have a lot of time for your practice. 10-15 min classes.
Slow Flow
A slower paced mindful flow that can be a good choice for beginners or those who want a more gentle type of yoga class to help deepen their connection to their body.
CORE Please
30 min core focused and strength based practice. This format starts with a warm up + mini flow before focusing on glutes and additional core work. There is no shavasana.
